We endeavour to complete production and branding in 5-7 working days.
For a number of our branding methods such as foil block we need to make a specialist brass foiling plates, which takes a few days to produce.

If you are in a rush please let us know beforehand as there are things that we can do to expedite.
Alternatively some methods of branding and personalisation are quicker to achieve so we can advise here on the quickest options.

You can either ship in bulk to a single address or ship to each reciepint individually
You will soon be able to ship to multiple destinations within the same order. But for now simply place the order and then our team who will be able to update to the delivery details and final billing.

Yes we have offices in the UK, Europe and the US. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.

Yes we offer plain unbranded gift boxes as well as boxes with your logo. These can be added during the checkout process.
For larger order we can also create a fully custom gift box to your exact specification and branding.

Yes we offer a range of gift notes. You can add these during the checkout process or afterwards with our customer services team.

Yes you can combine with other items and pack in the same gift box. Simply add all items to the cart and select from there.

We will require a high resolution version of your logo (or artwork)
Vectored SVG, EPS, AI, and PDF files are most preferred to finalize your proof as quickly and easily as possible, but we’ll always work with you to ensure you’re happy with your design.
If you don't have access to one of these files at the point of ordering please don't worry, you can still 'checkout' and share it at the next stage.

Yes you can order a single item - please be aware that the set up costs for 1 item remain the same as they are for 100+ so a single branded sample can end up being very expensive.
We do offer unbranded returnable samples at no charge.

A design proof is a digital representation of your order, colour, quantity logo position and other important details.
Once you place your custom order, our Studio Team will review your design to make sure it’s ready for production. A final design proof will then be sent to you for approval before it goes into production.
Before giving your approval please carefully review all text and graphics for any errors (i.e. spelling, colors, layout, size, etc.)
Please also note that, just like most things that you order online, the colors projected by your device’s screen when viewing your proof may vary slightly from the ones in real life.

The set up fees are clearly marked during the ordering process.
Depending on the product and type of branding application this may require a set up fee.
Examples would be when we convert your logo file into a brass foiling block for hot foiling. This will cost £50ex vat for a small block and once we have this you can re-use multiple times across print, leather and packaging.
An embroidery file is where we convert your artwork into a PES file to be read by our embroidery machines. This requires specialist software and the files to also be tested which means it has a higher set up fee.
