We endeavour to complete production and branding in 5-7 working days and give a 7-14 day window from an order being placed to being delivered.
For a number of our branding methods such as foil block we need to make a specialist brass foiling plates, which take a 2-3 to produce.

We offer plain unbranded gift boxes that can be added during the checkout process or branded gift boxes which can be organised by contacting a member of the team on 0203 900 3900 or by clicking the live chat widget on the bottom of the screen.
For larger order we can also create a fully custom gift box to your exact specification and branding.

Currently on the marketplace we are only offering a single shipping address option.

Yes we offer a range of gift notes. You can add these during the checkout process or afterwards with our team.

We will require a high resolution logo file for production.
On the product page it will ask you to upload a PNG or JPEG for previewing your design. Then, to finalize your proof as quickly as possible we ask for vectored SVG, EPS, AI, and PDF files but we’ll always work with you to ensure you’re happy with your design.
If you don't have access to one of these files at the point of ordering please don't worry, you can still checkout and share it at the next stage.

Yes you can order a single sample item. Please be aware that the set up costs for one item remains the same as for 100+ so a single branded sample can seem expensive.
We do offer unbranded returnable samples at no charge.

A design proof is a digital representation of your order, colour, quantity logo position and other important details.
Once you place your custom order, our Studio Team will review your design to make sure it’s ready for production. A final design proof will then be sent to you for approval before it goes into production.
Before giving your approval please carefully review all text and graphics for any errors (i.e. spelling, colors, layout, size, etc.)
Please also note that, just like most things that you order online, the colors projected by your device’s screen when viewing your proof may vary slightly from the ones in real life.

The set up fees are clearly marked during the ordering process.
Depending on the product and type of branding application this may require a set up fee.
Examples would be when we convert your logo file into a brass foiling block for hot foiling. This will cost £50ex vat for a small block and once we have this you can re-use multiple times across print, leather and packaging.
