Kopos extra virgin olive oil is carefully selected from locations around Greece. Its name, the Greek word for “toil“, reflects the hard work behind all production stages (cultivation, harvesting, extraction, collection, testing and processing).
This oil is smooth and delicate, with a savoury aroma which has notes of black olive. In the mouth it has very little bitterness, with a warm hay-like note and creamy almond flavour.
